On Monday, emergency responders swiftly mobilized following a Delta Air Lines plane crash at Toronto Pearson International Airport. The incident occurred when a Delta Connection flight operated by Endeavor Air experienced a runway excursion upon landing.
The regional jet, an Embraer E175, overshot the designated area after touching down on Runway 24L around 6:40 PM local time. It veered off the pavement and came to rest in a nearby field, causing significant damage to the aircraft’s nose and left wing.
